Digital products and the MindShift Guarantee

MindShift Studio sells digital products that are normally delivered immediately after successful payment. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.

14-Day MindShift Guarantee

You may request a refund under our voluntary MindShift Guarantee within 14 days of purchase if the product does not provide the structure or content represented on its product page.

To request a review, email studio@mindshiftstudio.ai within 14 days and include your order number, the email address used at checkout and a short explanation of the issue. We may ask reasonable questions so that we can understand and resolve the problem, but this does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty, inaccessible or misdescribed digital content

Digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If a file is faulty, inaccessible or materially different from its description, contact us promptly. We will provide replacement access, repair the problem or provide another remedy required by applicable consumer law. Where repair or replacement is impossible, unsuccessful or cannot be completed within a reasonable time without significant inconvenience, you may be entitled to a price reduction or refund.

Immediate access and cancellation

Digital access may begin immediately after checkout. Where the law requires it, the checkout process may ask for your express consent to immediate supply and your acknowledgement that the statutory cancellation right is lost once supply begins. Any loss of a cancellation right does not remove your rights when digital content is faulty, inaccessible or not as described, and it does not remove the voluntary 14-Day MindShift Guarantee stated above.

When refunds are not available

Outside the MindShift Guarantee and your statutory rights, we do not normally provide refunds merely because you changed your mind after receiving usable digital content, purchased the wrong item, lacked the required device or software clearly stated before purchase, or failed to use the product. We do not refund purchases connected with unauthorised sharing, copying, resale or other misuse.

Refund method and timing

If a refund is approved or legally required, it will be returned to the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise. We do not charge a refund fee. We process agreed refunds without undue delay and normally within 14 days of confirming entitlement. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
