Are these physical products?
No. MindShift Studio products are digital. Nothing is shipped to your address and no delivery charge is added.
How are my files delivered?
After successful payment, Shopify confirms your order and provides access to the digital files assigned to your product. You should also receive an order email. The flagship MindShift System includes 22 downloadable digital resources.
When will I receive access?
Access is normally available immediately after payment. If the files do not appear, check the email address used at checkout and your spam or promotions folder, then contact us with your order number.
What do I need to use the products?
A computer, tablet or phone capable of opening standard digital documents. For the best experience, use a computer or tablet and save a secure backup of every downloaded file. Any product-specific software requirements are stated on its product page.
Can I share the files?
No. Your purchase provides a personal, non-transferable licence for your own use. The files may not be copied, resold, uploaded, distributed or used to create a competing product.
Do I get future updates?
Where lifetime access or future updates are included, this is stated on the relevant product page. Keep your order email and use the same email address when contacting support.
What is the 14-Day MindShift Guarantee?
If your purchase is not working as represented, contact us within 14 days of purchase with your order number and a short explanation. We will review the issue fairly under the MindShift Guarantee and applicable consumer law. Your statutory rights are not affected.
How do I get support?
Email studio@mindshiftstudio.ai with your order number and the email address used at checkout. We aim to reply within two business days.
Is MindShift Studio the same as the AI Operator service?
MindShift Studio is the main consumer brand. AI Operator is its separate business-services division for companies that need AI audits and operational automation. The two offers serve different needs and are kept in separate customer journeys.
