How digital delivery works

1. Complete payment through the secure Shopify checkout.
2. Your order confirmation appears when payment is successful.
3. Access the digital files assigned to your product through the delivery link provided after purchase.
4. Save the files securely to your computer or cloud storage.

Delivery timing

Digital access is normally available immediately after successful payment. Email delivery can occasionally take a few minutes. Check the inbox, spam and promotions folders for the address used at checkout.

What you receive

Each product page lists exactly what is included. Files may include digital planners, frameworks, playbooks, reports or workspace resources. The flagship MindShift System includes 22 downloadable digital resources.

No physical shipment

MindShift Studio currently sells digital products and services. Nothing is posted to a physical address, no shipping carrier is used and no shipping fee should be charged for a digital-product order.

Download and storage

Download your files promptly and keep a secure backup. Do not share download links or purchased files. Your purchase is licensed to you for personal, non-transferable use unless a product page expressly states otherwise.

If access does not arrive

Email studio@mindshiftstudio.ai with your order number and the email address used at checkout. We aim to reply within two business days and will restore legitimate access as quickly as possible.
