These Terms of Service govern your use of the MindShift Studio website (mindshiftstudio.ai) and the purchase of digital products offered through our store. By accessing this website or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Products and Services

MindShift Studio sells digital products including PDF systems, frameworks, planners and related digital resources. Products are supplied digitally through the access path stated at checkout or in the order confirmation. No physical goods are shipped unless a product page expressly says otherwise.

2. Digital Product Delivery

After successful payment, follow the access instructions assigned to the product and provided through the Shopify order or delivery path. Delivery timing can vary by product and email provider. Contact studio@mindshiftstudio.ai with your order number if a legitimate access issue occurs.

3. Intellectual Property and Licence

Unless expressly stated otherwise, MindShift Studio owns or is licensed to use the content, systems, frameworks and materials sold through this store. A purchase grants the customer a personal, non-transferable licence to use the supplied materials. Reproduction, redistribution, resale or unauthorised sharing of a purchased digital product, in whole or in part, is prohibited.

4. Cancellations, Refunds and Statutory Rights

Cancellation and refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy and applicable consumer law. For digital content supplied during a statutory cancellation period, cancellation rights may be affected only where the consent and acknowledgement required by law have been obtained. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

5. Educational Scope and Limitation of Liability

MindShift Studio provides educational and self-development content. Our products support clarity, structure and personal execution; they do not provide medical, psychological, legal or financial advice and do not guarantee a specific outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MindShift Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability where exclusion is not permitted by law.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction required by applicable law.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms when the store, products or applicable requirements change. The version displayed at the time of purchase governs that purchase unless the law requires otherwise.
