Digital Products — No Refund Policy

Due to the instant-access nature of our digital products, all sales are final once a file has been downloaded. We are unable to offer refunds on digital downloads once the product has been accessed or downloaded.

This policy applies to all MindShift Studio digital products including PDF systems, frameworks, planners, and AI prompt libraries.

Technical Issues

If you experience a technical issue with your download — for example, a broken link, corrupted file, or access problem — contact us immediately at hello@mindshiftstudio.ai with your order number. We will resolve all technical issues promptly and ensure you receive full access to your purchase.

Purchasing Errors

If you purchased the wrong product in error and have not yet downloaded the file, contact us within 24 hours of purchase at hello@mindshiftstudio.ai and we will do our best to assist you.

Chargebacks

Filing a fraudulent chargeback on a digital product that has been successfully delivered constitutes fraud. We take this seriously and reserve the right to pursue appropriate action in such cases.
